The seven principal ones are Corfu, Paxos, Lefkada, Ithaca, Kefalonia, Zakynthos and Kythira. The smaller ones are remote heavens with beatiful beaches, crystal clear waters and are usually the destination of boat owners. Some of the most famous are Meganisi, Kastos, Kalamos, Antipaxos, Arkoudi, Atokos, and Scorpios the famous “Onassis’ island”.
